No support, we don't need any more staff positions; the staff can try to regulate chat a little better if its a major issue (which I don't see it as a major issue) .
still :P helper just sounds crap im still no support anyways staff ranks. 1. moderator 2. sr mod 3 head mod. boom, do we really need more?
The problem I've always seen with the Helper rank (or chat monitors) is that they would constantly be harassed to come watch hackers or whatever (because some people would see the rank and automatically assume they have all permissions). Being a 2 game mode Moderator a while ago, while it was easy maintaining my game modes, it kind of sucked to have people come to me complaining about rule breakers on other parts of the server and not being able to do anything about it. In my opinion, the ranks we have now are fine because all permissions are equal and we are able to warn, mute and ban then and there without having to find someone of a higher rank to deal with it.
No Support. The helper rank is basically the Sr. Mod, that we already have. Sr. Mods are here to help us, and we don't need another assistance rank.
No support. We just need more staff activity, our staff team is pretty big to be honest. Of course, one more promotion would be good, but I personally feel no more than that so far :P
