I made myself a new skin and would like your input. Based on Bad Wolf in the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who.

 

The hair needs shading, in my opinion.

Add a bit more shading/colour to the hair. Other than that, I quite like it.

 

Yea the hair is what gets me too... Not sure how to do it the way I want... Need smaller pixels... and more... yea... >.<
