Well, it could motivate players to make more reports for it, dedicated people would like to work for it for a free rank because they can't afford a normal rank, and it's just a unique idea :p (am I allowed to call you holey booty here? :rolleyes

There's got to be a way to turn off the title if you've achieved the rank, because if a hacker sees the title and knows what it means they may just turn off their hacks.
