I love the idea. I do recall some Mods that apparently "stepped down" or such because players didn't like them as Moderators to begin with. Anyway, I think this is an excellent idea because that way, the newer Mods have a motivation to become better.

 

Well written, but this wont happen.

 

I have a suggestion for the new role, a new command. /sugban (suggest ban).

 

Support, though I think it should be called Helper.

 

This is a great idea! I also agree is should be called "Helper" or "Senior Mod". Otherwise I hope this is added. What a great idea !
