no support as currently there is a problem with the community accepting guards having certain perms this could lead to problems if there was an actual rank.
I was thinking more along the lines of people get promoted to mod then over a course of a 3 month period, then new moderators and examined to see if they've done well enough to be promoted to global mod, it sounds better in my opinion then a trial mod.
If you look at your common Moderator, you can see that they do their job for 3 to 5 months. A 3 month trial is way too long. 1 Month period might be long enough.
It's fine just the way it is. If they should add another "Pre-Mod" rank it should be TMod. No support.
Jr.Mods are less helpful than beneficial. They wouldn't be able to do much and still have to rely on regular mods to help them. The time spent on hiring them could be used to hire regular mods who have all the commands needed to moderate. Along with that, maturity can be a huge issue as well as abuse. It just seems like a waste, especially at the rate of staff promotions in this time. I don't think this will ever be implemented. Edit: Don't forget that applicants and newer generations of staff can only pick 2 servers, we already went a bit lower, no need to sink down deeper.
