New Name Chest Problems

AutumnlyBubbles recently changed her ign from xmagicalretardx and can no longer access her chests on skyblock.
Is there any way to fix this?

Yes, you need to have a moderator take off the signs

Resolved? and as said above a moderator needs to remove the sign

 

although I'm not aware that she has had them removed, we know what to do now so I think the issue is resolved :p

There are 2 ways to fix this, either get her to change her name back and break the signs, or ask a moderator to break them when they get the chance. Are the signs broken yet? If it's resolved, tag a mod and let them know.
