It is no question that every faction server always has new players looking to join a popular faction, but are only limited to asking in-game. Instead, there should be a thread on the forums for Faction Recruitment, where players can fill out an application or go through a process created by faction leaders/recruiters in order to join. This would not only help new players socialize and interact with others on the forums but also keep them playing for a lot longer.
