Simple, I am suggesting a neutral rating. It would be used to show that you are neutral, like agree and disagree.
It would be better to rate neutral as it shows the person you are rating that you looked at their comment and neither agree nor disagree.
Then just reply with "Neutral" instead of "Support" or "No support", or don't say anything at all. This is pretty much going to do nothing. It's the equivalent of having a "Unsure" rating to go along with "Like" and "Unlike"
When Cyp looks at a Suggestion/Mod App, I doubt he wants to read all the messages. It'd be better to read a rating.
I don't see the use of reading a rating? Everyone has different opinions, but their opinions matter not as ultimately, it's Cypriot's decision whether to implement the suggestion/promote the mod. I don't see how ratings are going to help in that decision. You can get a crap ton of likes/agrees on a suggestion/application, but if Cypriot doesn't want the suggestion implemented/person promoted, he won't implement the suggestion/promote the person.
That they don't know, if a suggestion had no supports and neutral ratings it would show the people don't care for it.
I don't wan to turn this into some flame war thread of sort, but I have to justify my points here. Spoiler Neutral definition: not supporting or helping either side in a conflict, disagreement, etc.; impartial. Sorry if what I said seems mean @Viper , but I don't agree with what you said. Going back on topic, I don't see any productive use of this rating, if you want to stay neutral, there's no use of a rating like what I said above.
