Since this isn't a huge suggestion I won't break it down and discuss it sentence by sentence. The main idea here is "keeping the server clean and mature". The means of keeping the server clean and mature as you put it is, -Stop wasting time reporting and rather enjoy the server -Any age is allowed as long as they are mature -More chill -Better mods who make better choices. -Active Owners. -Less Life and more Gaming for mods. -More thankful owners. -Mature staff who are chill. -Less mods that take stuff too serious. Okay, so what I'm seeing here is a player that complains about moderators taking every serious and not being on as much as possible since they have lives. I understand if a moderator is on for less than 5 minutes a week, but the senior moderators have spent a lot of their first months on MV moderating as much as they can, they deserve to take a few steps back and relax here and there. As for the new moderators they need to earn their breaks. I understand if life is a bit extreme and you need to take a break from moderating to focus on life, but don't take the entire year to do so. If so, resign and let someone else take your spot for the mean time. As for chill staff....Yeah, no. We need staff that take everything serious while also enjoying the server. Light jokes and time to spend with friends is okay, but letting a crude joke here and there or letting someone say, "KYS" and not ban them is not (not saying this happened, but from what I understand, Chill is that). If you could explain how a staff member could be Chill that would be great. The rest of the paragraph(s) don't exactly go with your topic of a mature and clean server.
He's so pathetic just ignore him or he'll google "hacking twitter" then send you a video saying he did it.
Three years ago, the community was just as toxic but there was less staff members to rant about :I And without the /staff command, their jobs were a whole lot easier since people didn't hunt them down every time they needed staff.. Less work to do = Happier staff
