I know a bit about plugins. Unlike @Zulfqar ill do it for free. But, @Zulfqar is probably much better
If you think (I'm not saying you do) but if you think a developer will work for free, you're sadly mistaken. The ****Plex server pays Developers a nice amount of money yearly (10k+). And a developer like @Zulfqar is definitely the kind of person you want, he knows pretty much everything from web hosting to plugin and network development. So, offer him a price (good price) and you have a very, very good developer!

Well. Unfortunately we don't have money atm. Until we start getting donations we will start paying. If you're still interested i will gladly still have you help us. Perfect, could you start a convo with me please? Yes, although we are just starting. Hopefully @Zulfqar would help us a little bit because I have a couple of things I need help with. Well I have added minigames on the server I just need help with the following things: 1) Add a coin system to all minigames so players can buy items. 2) To make a new gamemode such as factions,skyblock and others would I just make another world and use that world?
