I have changed my ingame name from waffen_s_s to Captain_Picard. It gives me my rank on some of the servers like archer pvp and i believe op pvp, but not on the main one that i would like to play that is survival. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you.

and its, kitpvp, survival, prison, factions, infection, skyblock, opfactions that I do not have my rank on. guess ill email them then.
