I donated to this server $20 and then I changed my name to OldCleo17 then i changed it back to Cleo17 and I didn't get my rank back! but i have my VIP rank on 2 servers, survival and the prison thats it! I want my rank on all servers, I'm fed up with this stuff with NO ONE giving my rank to me when i've emailed the OWNER SO MANY times!

 

Be patient. Did you supply your email with evidence that shows that you were VIP?

 

As Fuse said, provide evidence and email them in a format that doesn't look like spam.
