Some of you know me, some don't. That is fine, I don't know most of you either. This is my Mineverse story, so, yeah. Early 2013 I had Minecraft for well under 5 months, all I did was play Skyblock. I stumbled upon Noobcrew's Skyblock server one day, and well, I liked it. I went in and out of different Skyblock servers. One day there were players talking about the server Mineverse. I went on to see what all the talk was about. I have to admit, I saw Mineverse on a servers list before but it looked like a small server, and it a small community back in the day. I was playing Skyblock on Mineverse for a few weeks, then I got bored. I decided to try out KitPvP. I loved it. At the time there were hardly any players so you could roam free. There was a price to pay for the lack of players running after you. There server was filled with hackers. Most people used clients or had hacked items. I managed to kill someone with a hacked sword but soon after 10 players ran after me to get the sword back for the player. End of 2013 All I did was play KitPvP. Hacking was still going on, but with more players came more hackers. I had setup a computer hosted server, with a few friends from KitPvP. We messed around with plugins and also worked hard on the server. Someone at the time brought a hacked client to my server, soon after everyone was using one on the server. They were using all these cool hacks, so I tried a client out. I used it on my server only. Some of the players from my server started using the clients on Mineverse. At the time there were never any staff online so they got away with it. I, myself used the client on KitPvP. I was using god mod when Rakion504 banned me. I learned from that big time. What can I say, hacking was big at the time. I discovered the forums at this time too. At first I had no idea what I was doing. I was banned 4 times from the forums because I spammed or grave dug threads. I matured a lot since then. Early 2014 Start of a new year. New friendships, new enemies. As said before, there was a massive lack of staff. I decided to apply for the position. With the help of Troy, Pile, Lauren and Poke, I was promoted. I started off failing a lot then I got the hang of it. I was promoted in March. Also not to mention the BvZ games with friends. Mid 2014 Stress as mod had kicked in. I was getting spammed, disrespected and I just needed a massive break. I resigned. A lot of mods were getting promoted at the time, and a lot were leaving. End of 2014 After seeing the amount of hacking, scamming, trapping and all, I applied again. Again, being promoted. I admit I was lazy on the forums but I tried my best ingame to maintain and rules being broken. I resigned again a few months later. All I can say is that I was sick of being treated like a slave. Everytime I logged on I was spammed with help, team, or people acting nice for power. I had players yelling at me for not agreeing with them on a "hacker", not tping to them in time for something etc. To be honest, I wanted to have a go at everyone that was ordering me around like a dog. The staff team was falling apart too. Half the time there was staff inactive, taking trips, being lazy or ignoring players and using mod power for attention. Early 2015 I have moved to OpPvP. I trained and I used parkour skills I learnt to help me with PvP. I never said before but I played Skywars for a few months while I was mod. Now I'm here. I don't get spammed at, I never have players ordering me around. At the best, I have angry a**holes spamming me with hate because I killed them. Now I am free from the madness. I am free to join servers and have fun. So that is my story.
