Hello, so I went back on Mineverse from being inactive for a month or two, and I come back to Skyblock to see my Rank is gone. I had the rank [Sponsor], does anybody know what happen? If I cannot get it back, is there a way to get a refund?

Include a list of servers you are missing your rank in.
Your ign, including the ign you used when the donation was made.
The purchaser details used to make the donation.


If you don't hear back in 2 or 3 days, just resend the email.
