So, ever since mineverse was combined with Skywars.com I had lost my rank. Oh and yes I already sent them emails maybe too much. Still no rank I had Skylord on Skywars.com I don't know what that is on Mineverse Skywars. So hopefully I will get my rank back. I spent a good amount of money all that and now it's wasted. Hello, since the SkyWars server was merged with Mineverse, the old ranks were removed. The ranks we have on Mineverse can be found here: http://shop.mineverse.com/category/64831 Old ranks will not be restored but I do believe there was a pop-up message a couple months ago that stated if you had a rank there, you could be compensated with a global Mineverse rank worth the same price. I could be wrong but if this is the case, I suggest you send another email with proof of your last SkyWars rank and explain the situation.
