Can I please get my rank back, It got removed because of the server restart.

I arvise you to create a support ticket which will the lead to your issue being sorted quicker and easier, I also suggest you provide proof of your purchase or your rank, also what rank where you?

As suggested above, you should open a support ticket, but I have one question Mineverse never has restarted fully, so what do you mean by 'because of the server restart'.

When you open the support ticket put in this Information: Email used, username at the time, transaction ID's and also screenshots of proof of purchase towards this.

Also, you have never joined mineverse in over 1-2 years from different lobbies.


I suggest actually testing that you still have your rank before you post a thread on this topic.
Please join the server to see if you have the rank or have ever even donated on Mineverse.
