I recently logged on after a few months, and i realised that my rank not only do not have its extra perks but also do not work on other sub-servers except for Skywars, which was the original server i bought the rank from before it joint with Mineverse. Can someone please explain to me what is going on? Thank you.

Prefix, sign may fix that now, if not it should already be fixed, otherwise email [email protected] about the issue.
Email [email protected] Include a list of servers you are missing your rank in. Your ign, including the ign you used when the donation was made. The purchaser details used to make the donation. If you don't hear back in 2 or 3 days, just resend the email.
It has been quite some time, and yet it has not been solved, which led me to thinking if the Owner was really dedicated to this server or not.
