My Rank isn't working.

Hello Mineverse! I have recently been upgrading my ranks so I could become Titan, however after I bought VIP none of my other ranks came through and I've still been charged for them. Please can you fix this as I've spent a lot of money and time ranking up to Titan, Thank you!

Have you given it 24 hours? Ranks can take up to 24 hours to come though.

 

No, but It has been at least 10 hours since I purchased the rank and after I purchase it said ranks take up to 15 minutes to come through.

Please do something about my rank as I am anxious that I have spent over 100$ on it and haven't been rewarded with Titan.

 

Please make a support ticket

Just provide your IGN and you should be sorted.
It will take less time if you also provide the purchase ID or screenshot you having the rank on some gamemodes, but not all
