Hi, I came to the forums to ask you for a little help. Recently, I was on Kit PvP and I accidentally hit the buy kit commander sign and now I don't have access to my kit god anymore, and when I type in chat it says I Commander by my name when there is supposed to be God by it in blue. I have bought the rank God and my kits on all the other servers work fine. It is just Kit PvP that this is happening. Thanks of your time.

Get pictures of showing you being God in any part of the server and go on KitPvP and take a picture of you being Commander

There was a sign saying don't buy this if you are a donator. The Commander Rank is only for normal members on the KitPvP gamemode. And as @iJoacok said, you need to show that you were actually god and then show that you were commander as well so it is true

It's possible that you revived commander through voting. Either way the only method to geting this fixed is to message Merks through the support email:
[email protected]

Make sure to include your exact ign as well as any screeshots you may have to show proof of your god rank.
You will have to be patient. Merks gets on average 100 emails daily and he is only one person. He will get to yours.
