MY RANK IS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello mineverse i bought god rank for your server and i couldnt log in on 1.11.2 so a week later i tried 1.8 and it worked but in the lobby i had my god rank but when i joined a game lobby like op pvp or skywars it was gone so today i logged on and MY WHOLE RANK WAS GONE NOT EVEN IN MAIN LOBBY ITS JUST GONE WHY HELP MEEEEEEEEEE

 

Did you charge back? If you didn't then you need to get the confirmation of payment email, screenshot it and send it to [email protected]

 

yes i joined the skywars lobby and i have the rank there but not in main lobby il send some screenshots

there u go see its gone on some servers and when i type on god pvp /kit god it doesnt give me cuz i dont have permission on that server

yeah but still it doesnt says my rank

and i miss the permissions of THE WHOLE GOD RANK on servers where it doesnt says my rank

in servers it doesnt says my rank its just like the stone regular rank

Kinsey posted above on what exactly you need to do to get your rank fixed. That is the only way that it will be taken care of. We cannot help here on the forums. We can only tell you the way to get it fixed.

 

look still on a few servers like OP PVP it doesnt says my rank when i press tab my name isnt blue either and when i try /kit god it says i have no permission so yeah just like i dont have it

Dude, you need to mail to [email protected] and bump the mail every day.
