i was hopeing someone could help me get a refund for my rank i was in c block (50k) i have anuff to get c block again but i was wondering if i could get my money back as this is a minor setback on me getting in to b block and i feel that this is a glitch that needs to be resolved. ppl are paying the server and if ur in ablock that takes some time to get to and u donate just to lose it? its kinda a downer anny who just wondering thanks mods and ppl who read this

don't bump only do it if its more than 5 days old or something like that its counted as spamming

Hi :3 my prison rank reset when I got upgraded to VIP. This is the second time this has happened to me. I was a B Prisoner, but I can still go to the B mines and sell the items there.The only thing that is different is the prefix that changed to [D-Prisoner] so can I have my prefix as [B-Prisoner]?

 

you havent lost it, when you buy the next rank, say b prisonor you dont have to rank up on c


All you lost is the prefix, which can be fixed by upgrading to your next rank

 

Legend was a Free and then he upgraded to Titan. :/ That's going to take forever to be a Citizen.
