Handled My Premium Rank Didn't Work

I bought premium rank for my IGN: Sponge
And it said in chat that I got the rank but never got the perks like yellow color or kit premium and stuff. Here is some screenshots. Look in the chat for the in game screenshot.

 

hi Sponge, ranks do take a few minutes to fully come through so you may need to relog a couple times. If that still doesn’t work, make a support ticket here:

include your TID (Transaction ID) that should’ve been included in your confirmation email, and Janice will sort out your rank ASAP :>

Yeah I bought this like last night. I made the support ticket including the TID
