My Prefix is no Right

My in game real name is:

What is my exact issue and which game mode where the problem is:
My issue is my Prefix is not right in lobby, when ever i join it shows as i'm elite but i'm actually god and when ever i join and i go on lets say Kit Pvp 2 and come back to lobby it says I have no rank.
