      Hi my rank isn't working on skyblock and a few other server but on infection i have it i would aprpeacite if you fixed this immediatly becuase i am very sad thank you -DarkShark119

      Have you emailed the support email?

      Email [email protected] regarding your donor issue. Please include proof of purchase, this may be:
      • Receipts
      • Transaction numbers
      • etc.
      You may or may not receive a reply, but this should help your issue.

      If he's missing his prefix, his perms should be missing as well, I'm pretty sure they come together..

      I am the purchaser of the rank. I emailed support. While this problem is a very uncommon occurrence, if it isn't fixed in a few days, I will reverse charge the payment. I hope this can be resolved.
