Not sure what they were thinking, but I guess the team can now enjoy the stacking up of reports, because without a doubt they made the mistake of demoting one of the most dedicated and truly best moderators the server has seen. The most active too, hence why the reports are not going to stack up, again. I'll stay in touch on Skype, of course. Best of luck with everything, dude.
There is much more than reports to this job. Tads did an excellent job at reports, that does not give him permission to go against higher staff. I have done my fair share of work on this server. I still have to follow the rules that Cypriot/Noobcrew make. I still have to do as I am told weather I like it or not. No one is above the rules here and that includes you Tads. You worked your a$$ off here just as I have. You still have to listen to head staff and the rules set in place here just as I. Stepping on the toes of your fellow staff and being disrespectful isn't part of being a "team". You are above being untruthful. This thread and playing on the feelings of others is a shame to see. You have been one of my favorites. You know that, this isn't like you. I hope you work out whatever is going on with you soon. I love ya and I'm sad to not be working alongside you.

I miss you already. Feels odd without you. Thank you Thomas for making me smile when I had a terrible day. Always putting "<3's" on my profile to make me blush. Us staff, are only human. Not some kind of robots as I do know players whom think of us that way, sometimes it happens. We get mad, and hurt feelings. You worked so successfully on reports and ban appeals, you we're an idol. You always say I am the amazing one on Skype, but you're wrong. You're the amazing one, although we aren't much as a "thing" anymore. You'll always have a spot in my heart. <3 I love you Tads. :'(
I'm still trying to figure out why you were demoted. You and DinoDuck were the best together. You should re-apply soon, I bet you'll get lots of supporters due to your great service.
May I ask if you guys previously talked to him about his attitude and what inevitably caused his demotion? If so, then it would make more sense. I know there is much more to reports, of course there is. Surely he would be allowed to voice his own opinion though, as that is what i'm assuming a lot of the time he has done. When I mentioned reports, I'm just hoping that more mods do their fair share of them and keep it up with his removal, that is all. You can't deny he was extremely active within the reports section. Also, you spelled whether wrong :P
