When I try to get a cape that's mine, it doesn't work! It's not fair! I payed for that cape! Help me please!

How long ago did you purchase the cape? Sometimes it can take approximately 4 hours for the cape to show up.

 

Email [email protected] with proof you bought the cape. Within a couple of days the should reply with a solution. Hope this helped :D

 

Cape problems are becoming more and more common, and something should really be done about it. So please know that you are not the only person experiencing problems with your cape, nearly everyone who has purchased one has experienced a problem. (That I know).
Again, as people say, it could just be one of these common problems that are awaiting fix, or it could be due to the fact it can take up to 4 hours for your purchase to go through.
Emailing [email protected] with proof of purchase will be a good way to find out more about the situation, and get donor assistance.
