Email [email protected] with proof of the purchase, your username, and what you bought, of course. Sometimes capes arrive to you a day later, so maybe it's just that. Don't worry, it's just a glitch
Hello! The best thing to do at your current crisis is to email support as the others have said. Be sure to have proof before you email them though, or nothing will happen. Cape are currently experiencing small glitches but it will be fixed in future, keep bumping your email becaue support do get quite a lot. Hope to see you more on Mineverse! -Delta ^_~
