Well I'm sorry I don't know complete value of in game items/money vs rank ups. I just offered the best I had. Also, if I wanted your opinions I would have asked for them.

As do I apologise, my advise would be get money on all servers and lots of it due to the fact some people only play 1 or 2 servers and want lots of money on them but none on any of the others.
As you said you didn't ask for opinions but that's my advice whether you wish to take it or not is up to you entirely
