MVP Title Issue + Skywars /bal glitch

So I decided to play to play some Skywars, and when I get on, I cannot check my balance. So i went looking on forums and saw what the issue was. Defaults cannot check their balance. However, I'm an MVP rank and my title is not on Skywars, and I can't do /bal. I know the /bal glitch will be fixed soon, but when I got MVP, I was promised that it would transfer to all servers. Apparently, it does not.

Yes, there is some glitch with /bal and /pay for some users on skywars. I think Cyp knows of this, if not I will mention it.

As for the rank.
Contact [email protected]
Include the list of servers (including lobbies) that are missing the rank.
Your ign, including the ign used when donation was made.
The purchaser details used to make the donation.
Any other useful information.


If you don't hear back in 2 or 3 days, just resend the email.

 

Do you know where I can see my purchaser details? It's on the account used to make the purchase, right?
