    Hi, you need to create a support ticket and put this ticket in a safe place (like an ender chest). Janice will then take the ticket and redeem it for you by giving you/the other account the MVP rank. Just be sure to include the game mode you got the voucher from and where you stored it so she can safely take it. : )
