What is a media team and how will it work? For many servers, a media team would be a great and easy way to promote the server and help make the community have more fun. People on some servers may have ranks like youtuber and organiser, which is something to consider for this server ( not necessarily the same ) . It will not just be to promote, members of the media team can organise events and handle online situations, people such as organisers can start things on the forums such as competitions, YouTube recruitment, promotions ect. Other positions will consist of managing online situations and will post several informative videos of the server, not just to the current mv community but to future members and followers of the channel it's self. To apply it will work no differently to current staff positions, however permissions will work different such as accessibility to the channel. To benefit the public, winning things such as competitions can reward in game items, this could be gems or ranks / upgrades, it will not just be things like build contests but can vary from server photos to promotional videos including the public. The ranks would mainly be prefixes, no such permissions, e.g [YouTuber] and [Media Team] ; take note the youtuber rank would be awarded after said person has provided sufficient evidence of recording skill or/ and current subscribers.
