Add - -bukkit.command.me to the default group in the YAML configuration of the permissions plugin, the first "-" is for formatting, the second, next to the permission node, states that a group shouldn't have that permission.
meh, you should have the /minecraft:me or the /bukkit:me cause of the stupid pwn filter that mutes you cause you posted some kind word like TV, airplane or some thing that I don't exactly care about... You can just do /seen, and report the person cause that will result in a ban, which is even better.
