3-A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: This certain player was hacking on "OPPvP" and I believe that he's using "Kill Aura" and "Anti-Knockback".

Side note: I also believe that the player Shadow_Devil is hacking in this video but not too sure, but that's up to whoever deals with this report.
