The only thing he is guilty of in this is bypassing a filter to warn you not to harass people.

He did not bypass it to swear, it is just that the part of a filtered word is in Harassed.
Unless there is legitimate evidence that shows him being abusive, this is going nowhere.

he was also disrespectful in this he told me to stop complaining. I got really mad because he had no respect i was complaining about nudes imac and everyone else everyday people were reminding me off. He told me to stop complaining of my own respect of myself and my personal life.

 

I think he was saying that if you were so mad about the other people offending you, then you should leave the server. But you said you wanted to stay meaning you can handle the harsh things people were saying to you. He was just saying stop complaining because he thought you didn't really care and were just going to keep yelling at people in the chat. <--I hope this made some sense.

This is idiotic.

That is not evidence of any abuse. You must have been pestering him about something, maybe about a friend's/your ban. He asked you to stop and you probably ranted and he asked you to stop complaining.

If that is all you have, I am archiving this due to lack of evidence.
