On one hand, people who have recently joined the forums have shown they can take the role as staff member fairly quickly by example stated by @TADS. Now, on the other hand, they didn't last long, @Rythen and other builders are exceptions because I have a feeling Cypriot pays them to do their work, so they become staff member instantly. Now, many other staff members who aren't hired, fall away from being staff members fairly quickly because of unlimited reasons. But, they main usually point is that they can't take the responsibility of being a moderator or didn't pre-plan being a mod so quickly. I do feel as though 50 posts and 2 weeks since joining forums is a bit too soon to accept people for staff member. Not just to be popular, but that the person may get to know the server, the rules, and even the community so that he/she knows what they are going into before signing up for it. Skype and the Two Factor Authorization I believe is necessary if not a deciding factor on accepting the person. So many people have been hacked online and we don't need a moderator being hacked because they didn't take the necessary steps in making a two factor authorization. Plus Skype is a very good tool to communicate to the other moderators. So, according to those points I made, I will remain neutral on this idea because I support half the suggestion and do not support the other half.
