Well, moderators are supposed to do everything really from in-game, forums, our discord, etc. We don’t have a position currently that just deals with ingame problems, so I guess that’s a no to your question.
Although, ^^ you can apply for mod. You must meet the requirements, but it's also for discord + forums,
