Shes an admin now, so she can't be the moderator of the month.. :/ Neutral, it would be nice to have this, but I think all mods should be recognised for their work
Neutral. It may make other moderators try harder, but others might become jealous. I don't really see this being added, as it can make you feel bad if you worked hard and did not get it. BTW, all moderators are moderators of the month. They're all awesome.
Neutral. Although this would be nice, I also think some mods wouldn't appreciate it. Plus what if it is given to the same mod every month? Yes it would prove they work the hardest but every mod try's their best.
I'm just going to say something. There's no way for the majority of the regular players to see how much we're doing. We ban people and log it, but there might not have been a report on the on the forums. There's no real way for you to measure which of us is doing the best.
No Support. I think every Moderator does their part, I see them all doing great favours for the server, and to put this kind of pressure on them might remove some of their comfort in doing their job. I don't think it would be fair to put just one moderator up there, in my eyes, they are all equal, as they are all helpful. Have a nice day .
