Moderator "Cliques"?

Once people get mod they change. Usually for the worst

 

I must be in the minority here because I just scrolled through my 1st page on my profile and there isn't the first pink named post. They may have commented but not initiated contact.

 

I do see where you are going with this, but this doesn't go with alot of moderators. I still talk to my original friends and I am continuing to meet more and more people.

 

I feel like that's a bit true, because they work closely and form firm friendships; sometimes so much that their old friends dont seem to matter anymore :(

 

The way I see it, it's all about wanting to be accepted by the other staff members when you're first promoted. It may seem like you're friend-turned-mod doesn't care about you anymore, but really they are just busy. Moderating is time-consuming. Also, it's really helpful to have your fellow staff close to you because when it comes down to it, you may need them to back you up. So, strengthening your relationship with them is worth the time put in. Try seeing it from a new moderator's point of view. ;)

I know only a few friends who weren't mods and are mods now but they're fine. So I'm grateful

Doesn't make sense to me.
Mods are Mods, members are members and donors are donors. Everyone has their own group, and I'm not saying that the Moderators do because they do not, however it occurs where ever you go (School, Night out, Home).
Nothing has changed at all.

This is completely false, have you ever been on a members profile with the basic colour "flooding" your profile? Moderators post on other Moderators profiles, just as members do the same.

As said above, I get the impression that you're directing this to an old friend of yours because this isn't at all the case. This is personal so why share it with the whole community?

In my opinion this thread is absolutely pointless.

Though seriously, I may not consistently talk with my older friends from here but when they message me I'll gladly have a conversation with them.

Moderators work day in and day out with eachother. We've got each others backs, and while this happens we usually all get close with eachother causing us to talk more with eachother than other users

 

I blame @Pile and @RandomNinja14 for this we need to band together as a community and demote them #DemotePile #DemoteRandom

 

I don't mean to point fingers at any particular mod, but @Kenju is very handsome and funny. But he's annoying and weeaboo trash.

 

@Kenju dun hav time for his frends no more @Istealyourkill in particular
