It seems like you cant write an own mod app. This one is really bad, I am sorry for this. And most of us wont change the opinion, no matter how sorry you are. But ill give you tips: Much MORE INFO at the why-should-i -become-mod section. Make it look nicer. As i already said.

No Support. You lied, I do not think that you should be a mod. Also your mod at you did it in 5 minutes (the new one), I basically all of the questions you said No, Yes, No etc.. Actually tell us about yourself. No support.
