What a Mineverse moderator is A moderator is a staff member that looks after and helps the server. As a moderator you need to help players, handle reports and ban appeals, look for rule breakers in every gamemode and keep the server a fun, happy, family friendly place. What you will be judged on When staff look at your application, they will judge you on how you support Mineverse, Do you help Mineverse and any players at all? Do you report players that break rules? Are you a trustworthy person? Do you have experience? Are you mature enough? What to write and what not to Do write: Your server/moderator experience What you can do as a moderator How you have helped Mineverse What qualifications you have Don't write: That you are a good builder (Mods can't build) That you donated You will donate How to make an application To make a moderator application, go to the section Moderator Applications and make a new thread. You need to copy this form and fill it out. How old are you? Your in-game name: What time-zone are you in? What country do you live in? What languages do you speak? Why do you think you should become a mod? How long can you be active on the server everyday? How long have you been playing Mineverse? Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Once you have fill the template out, create the thread and wait for people to review and post their thoughts about it. Supporting Supporting an application does not make the player have more chance of getting promoted to moderator. Supporting means you liked the application and you hope for them to get promoted, if a application has lots of support it means that lots of players want the applicant to be promoted. Remember, only admin will promote a player. Note: There are over 700 applicants, the chance of getting promoted is very slim. A way to boost your chance is to constantly help the server and players also report all rule breakers you come across. This will not only help us staff but it will show you are a trustworthy player.
