Requirements Needed Moderator application from xShaxp 2nd

Hello, mineverse. I'm a 12 years old Boy. I want to be a moderator for mineverse because I've been playing mineverse for a good 3 years now. I want to help the server a lot by banning cheaters or help players when they have a problem with something or if they don't understand. I will not abuse my perms or anything. Thank you for reading my application. Reply to me if there is anything I need to know to get moderator or even Helper.
I do have skype and Discord both ign are xShaxp . Could you please help me with something I don't understand I don't know what I have to do
