There have been cases in which long lasting staff members will get say Titan for their devotion. Granted to Larry when she left. It is very rare though. But overall, no support.
Support As said above, moderators are moderators to help the server. But being a moderator doesn't mean you can't play the games as well, would be nice for them to have perks since they dedicate a lot of time into helping the server. Besides, if a player was just applying for the perks... They would need to of been proven worthy before actually getting accepted anyway.
No Support! I don't see why this is necessary, every other player has to buy their rank, why should Moderators get it completely free?
No support, sorry. I'm not here for the fame, popularity, free ranks or any of that. I'm here to help. I'm here to make Mineverse the best server it can be. It doesn't matter how much of a high rank you have, the only thing that matters being a mod is giving up your own time to help players in need and to support the server and fix any problems there are.
