You should make it *if you can* ONLY Active members can apply and their mod app must have 100+ Letters as to prevent people just saying "I want mod to ban peoples"

Please say if you support this might help Cyp and Noob when trying to go through mod apps, and more peoples mod app's will show up not just things sayin i want mod!
