If you add more details on why you should become a mod that would help you. Plus I don't know you in game and if you had broke some rules, but instead of judging for the past, I can wish you good luck. ;)

No support reasons why: A month or two ago You scammed me for a set of protection Iv and you have hacked before im sorry no support

 

No Support. I've been looking through the claims above and you apparently have been banned/scammed people.
Age certainly doesn't matter, but what by people are saying, you wouldn't be a very good mod.
Your brother has nothing to do with this if this is your application.
