I used to build mob spawners in survival mode all the time to get bonemeal and arrows etc. Anyways I built one in factions and it literally does not spawn one mob. I dont understand why it doesnt work, is the factions server on Easy mode or have some settings that prevents mob spawners.

Has anyone tried or noticed problems with this??

PS when i say mob spawner I dont mean the type you find in dungeons, i mean a tower where monsters spawn and fall etc.
