Hey Mineverse staff I would like to report that my supreme rank is missing. I already sent and email and made a thread before but now I have more evidence to show I have a rank. First of all i just changed my name back to iStrafeDaily from IStrafeDaily and my nametag turned red again. The only problem is my perks are missing. Here is an image of my tab showing my red nametag.
Sending the email will be the best way to get it handled. I know you say that you already did. You can send another one with your newest evidence to show them. You may not receive an email back, but they are working on things. They posted on the Twitter feed yesterday that they are receiving so many emails daily that they may not respond to it, but they are will be fixed the things that are wrong.
