hi 2 weeks ago i bought a rank but i dont have my rank in kitpvp or op pvp i just got it in the other gameodes and i bought the rank to use it on op pvp and kitpvp for the kits if some 1 could help me that would be fantastic.

 

What rank was it, and how did you get your rank? was it from a crate, did you buy it yourself or did someone buy it for you?

If you bought it, check your emails for the TID and create a support ticket here: https://www.mineverse.com/support-tickets/

If someone else bought you it, kindly ask them to tell you the TID and create a support ticket with the link above.

If you received it in a crate, create a support ticket asking Janice to manually give you the rank, showing proof that you have the paper (a screenshot) and tell her where the paper is (your inventory, ender chest, PV)

Maybe try relogging? It takes a while for ranks to register so you could try restarting minecraft and see if it appears there.
