Mineverse Cape

I purchased a mineverse cape on here literally beginning of this year or over a year ago and I can see that was basically giving the server free money.. Never got it once.. Emailed admins and owner about this after 2 weeks when I had first purchased it since I never received it and still tells me they were fixing the problem.. Well year later I still don't have it and the capes look like they've been removed.. Never purchasing anything on this server again that's for sure.

oh yeah like a year ago i emailed him once a week and he told me he will be fixing this soon and I would come on here to the help section of forums seeing other people talking about the cape and I would let them know he'd be fixing it soon.. Apparently he's un capable of fixing something as simple as a cape so he removed them i'm guessing lol.

 

I would suggest emailing back with proof or purchase, I don't know if he will but cyp might give you credit on the store or something, Idk.

 

Emailing Cyp is the only way to get your issues fixed. No one else has the ability to help you. I would advise you to email him.
