My exact in game name is: Casual_Banana My purchased rank is/was: Elite My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: 1. In OpPrison it says I am VIP and when I vote I don't receive rewards. 2. In infection I can't have pets 3. Can't use color codes in survival and all of my progress got erased (money, warps, home) Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: I am pretty sure this has happened to a lot of other people but please take the time to try and help me sort this problem out.
