This thread isn't for me, its for my friend Cookgirls1723, during the mvp rank sale, she ranked up from vip to mvp and she had the rank during the rest of the sale but when the sale ended, she got downgraded to vip again and didn't get a refund. I understand if you need proof that she had the rank, which she did, but can you please look into it and if you find any proof she had it, then rank her up again anyway its illegal to take money and not give the product you said you would, i'm not threatening i am just saying that you can't push this to the side because of that.
